I looked through some Guild-prep threads & found a list of crew member qualifications & their duties:
*Enforce the rules
*Settle altercations and user conflicts
*Represent the guild in a good light as well as advertise it when possible
*Be an active member in the guild and an example to others.
*It may also be good to pick a member who knows the subject matter of the Guild very well.

If this is what you had in mind, I would be happy to be part of the crew, at least until you find someone who knows more about this sort of thing... 3nodding
