-3 medium ripe avacados
-1 tablespoon lemon juice
-1 teaspoon lime juice
-1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped
-1/2 teaspoon black pepper (preferably fresh ground)
-1 tablespoon spicy dijon mustard
-1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
-salt to taste
Makes a great healthy alternative to mayo, especially if you're a vegan. Basically just pit and peel the avacados, throw them in a bowl then mix all this up with a fork until the mixture resembles guacamole, then spread on sandwiches. Also makes wonderful dip. Try adding different spices to your liking.
