The horse Shadowmere is a reward from Dark Brotherhood, this horse can't be killed it's also good xp wink
You can train most offensive stats with it all you do is change difficulty to max take Shadowmere to somewhere with no guards as you get bountied 1 coin a hit for it and kicked out a few guilds (well I did).
Then just start hitting it ninja its good experience got from 13-67 hand to hand quickly just rest when it's nearly dead and it's healed when you wake up for another training session mrgreen

Ok, that's a very good idea.
But, like you said, it can't be killed, so you don't have to rest before it dies, since it never will. It is coded as an essential so it will just go unconscious.
All you have to do is either cast a good healing spell on touch (or target) at him or just wait until he wakes up. smile
