This time I have requirements:
1-You must have 300 or more posts in this guild(and the reason for it being so high is so I won't get a whole bunch of applications; but hey, it gives you a reason to post more wink )
2-You must be open to any suggestions, no matter how much they irritate you
3-You must be active
Sugesstions:
-You should want to do something for the guild to make it better
Before you apply, make sure you meet my requirements!
The application: there is none! xd Just say "I want to apply" and I'll check if you meet the requirements and I'll promote you.
Though, be warned, if you violate my second requirement once you're part of the crew, I will ban you. If something bothers you to an extreme, just PM me and I'll try to sort it out!

well, yeah, it should take a little time to get promoted...I mean, it's kinda a big previlige to become a crew member...

Violent Talker what do crew members do anyways? Kick n00bs around, correct/delete posts that break the guild's rules, try to bring people in, watch over Cynn's vault of cookies... Okay, I made up that last bit, but the rest is true. And we get to talk in other people's posts too.
