Anyone seen the movie or read Niel Gaiman's book? It looked kind of cheezy, so I think I'll either rent it, or see it in the cheap movie theater confused .

I thought this film was great and is a definite to watch at least once. Yes it has got some cheesy parts in it but it all fits together really well and the cheesyness adds to the comedy of it. I am currently reading the book and although it has a similar story line it is more for teen readers than younger children which i felt the film was directed towards.

It's fantastic. I think it subverted a lot of it's cheezeyness by being MADE OF WIN.
Robert DiNero in drag = Hilarious.
The book, though different of course, is also wonderful.
