The lord of Waterfall Country spends most of their time working here. It is a lord's job to complete paperwork, make important decisions for the village, and allow their shinobi to be loaned to clients for a suitable price. They are basically a lesser version of the Kage. The waterfall lord's office is located directly between the giant tree in the village's center, and the Grand Waterfall at the village's southern most edge.
