This secluded part of the village is home to the Fuuma Clan. This clan has an odd Kekkei Genkai called Chakra no Ito, which allows them to wrap chakra threads around their enemy's heart and literally tear it out. They do however try to keep this Jutsu as a last resort rather than using it openly. Their homes look much like the apartment buildings in large cities, though not nearly as tall. Each building is about eight stories and decorated with the traditional ornaments and trinkets of the Fuuma Clan.
