First of all write the Title with big letters and next to it a nice and legendary phrase to boost it!
Then you can search for the subject you want, for example "Samurai". I found this abstract from wikipedia:

Then you can write the rules you desire as long as they obey to the section's rules.
Next one you must add the memberlist. Here is an example:
