Somebody told me but I didnt know it was by the killers until after I bought hot fuss right after seeing Mr.Brightside on vh1 top 20 countdown

I first heard it on an alternative station, and i thought it was from the 80s whee
I'm like whats this cool lost 80s song?
And why are they playing it on here? (they only played new stuff)Like 2 days later MTV did a You Hear It First on the Killers and i found out who sang it! heart

I first heard STM and loved it. <3 I didn't buy the album though until I heard Mr. Brightside. ^_^

It might have been Jenny Was a Friend of Mine actually. Someone had told me to download some of their songs, this was before anyone really knew who they were. I just remember I downloaded Jenny, On Top, Mr Brightside, and Somebody Told Me and the rest is history!

the first song i heard was when u were young. i liked it too. after that it was somebody told me then all these things that i've done... i got into them after that

Probably all these things that I've done...I liked it because of the "I got soul" part...and everytime I heard it I was like "Yay! The soldier song!" so I downloaded it, heard some of their other songs and bought the album.

i heard When You Were Young first but back then i didnt really know who The Killers were then once i heard Mr. Brightside thats when i got obsessed.

I heard " Somebody Told Me" on MTV in 2004.
I fell in love with the song so i looked them up, downloaded some songs and went out and bought the album ^_^v
Loved them since.
And i got to see them live May 24th 2007 ^_^

Somebody told me. But I wasn't a fan of The Killers at that time. I became a fan when Mr. Brightside was released.

It was either "Somebody Told Me" or "All These Things That I've Done." Both are great songs, though!
