Woo! Down with scientology! Us next!
  ******** nazis.
I am on the fence, despite knowing about scientology.
  WTF happened to religious tolerance?
I, however, move to acquire more gold.

Now, I don't know what you guys know about scientology, but I remember back when I was on YTMND a lot there was a huge uproar about scientology and their evil. The link in every instance of the word "Scientology" is to http://theunfunnytruth.ytmnd.com/, which you should visit so that I can have an excuse for not taking the time to explain why I hate scientology (other than "it's a religion, same reasons as every religion").
This topic, really, is a survey to weed out people who are biased against Germany. The real topic begins....
NOW!
When you think of a German, do you think of a nazi? Or just someone who happens to have been born in Germany? Should Germany try and offer reparations or something to jews?

The Scientology thing I disagree with. While I think that it is a cult dedicated to making money for the higher ups, they should be allowed to practice their religion. I don't think the ban will pass anyway.

As to Germans, I just think German. Germany should not forever feel guilty over the Nazi thing. Yes, reparations should be made to the Jews that were affected. Most of them are dead now, but the elderly survivors should, and I think do, get some sort of reparations. We must learn from the past, but not dwell on it.

It is just a cult dedicated to making money for the higher ups. A religion doesn't require hundreds of thousands of dollars in payment to learn about aliens being thrown into volcanoes.

Also... no idea why this is part of it, but no. I just think of it as Germany.

its much worse than a money grubbing cult. they send you into fake psychology sessions and slowly drive you insane. a lot of people kill them self and others are purpously neglected by other members so they die

See, Scientology may try to be the big bastards, but they can't hold a candle to the Nazi's. Nazi's vs. Scientologists! GO!

Alot of what is said and written about Scientoilogy is made up. It is a very secretive cult religion, they keep to themselves because of how dumb their ideas are the way that alot of people act towards new religions. Although their core beliefs are very similar to that of a marvel comic book quite well known and ridiculed, they don't actually cause any harm, so why can't people just let them be?

As for the Germans, Hitler was a very effective leader and a highly experienced public speaker, he launched Germany's economy and technology forward bay leaps and bounds, however the power went to his head a bit and his intentions changed. That isn't Germany's fault, let it drop will you? rolleyes

I don't know. I have to give Germany props for actually TRYING to get rid of Scientology, especially after some of the stunts they pulled.

Look up Operation: Snow White. I don't see how any government could let them continue after something like that.
