confused Does anybody have weapons with it's attributes (including "Hit") being 99% or 100% (without cheating to get it!!!)???? is it possible?.....I don't have any weapons like that....... sweatdrop

The highest % of hit rate I'v ever got was 30% and it was on a Rail Gun xd

Highest possible Percent rate on anything is 70 and that is incredibly uncommon. With the help of a quest you can get percents on anything but hit to 100, provided you have enough Photon Drops/Spheres.

So...70% is the highest eh?.....interesting. and by having enough Photon Drops/Spheres....you mean to trade at Gallon's shop, right??? (I Have a broadband....but I don't know how to use it.... I know pretty much nothing about it.....thus I've never been online......can anybody tell me how a Broadband works???)....DARN IT....I WANT TO GO TO HIS SHOP I'VE GOT A TON OF PHOTON DROPS.....ARGH!!!!!!!!! scream

I fouind a sniper with 60% hit, 15% dark, 20% machine.. pretty lucky consider im only lvl 16

I think it depends on the section id that you have. With my skyly I have found 2 db sabers and 4 flowen swords and he's only level 39. Honestly I get a db saber anymore (coz I've gotten them with other characters) I'm like weee.
