1. Layers, lots of layers....
for the top
short and long sleeve shirts
vests
jackets
for the bottom
shorts or capris
skirts (more than one)
tights or leggings
Very Bottom and arms
lots of different lengths of arm warmers leg warmers and socks.
2. Accessorys...and lots of them.
lots of hair clips
lots of bracelets
lots of necklaces
lots of rings
3. bright colors
most pics you will see online follow a general color theme as in like reds and pinks, or greens and blues or alot of the time just a few main colors
don't be afraid to try new color combos you wouldn't have thought of.
(keep in mind I've seen some debate about this, some people think it's important to match and some people think decora is a big clashing mess.
4. Kawaii!!!!!
be cute, add cute things to your outfit like hearts, starts, fruit shapes, cartoon characters, lace, toys, stickers, cell phone accessorys, ect
that's it in a nutshell.... from what I can see.... if I've left anything out please feel free to add......

bright colored hair falls.....
I like to pull from lots of different places when I get all dolled up and I was looking at some cyber punk pictures and they had these cool hair fall things in the pictures
I am crafty so I made some using different textures of yarn and fabric and lace, a red/pink pair and a green/blue pair and they both look really cute with my decora clothes.
How to make.... cut several layers of string, strips of fabric lace yarn ribbon whatever about the same length, when you've got a nice size bundle bend it in the middle and loop it around a pony tail holder for your hair. It really is simple it may sound complicated, I will post pictures at a later date
how to wear:
pur hair in a ponytail, pigtails, or buns and then put the rubberband part of the fall around your ponytail or bun so that the colorful stuff you made it out of is on top, with your off hand hold the fall to the real hair and then with your dominent hand wrap the rubberband around the hair....
