I am one of those people that believes that magic exists in the world. I think it is all around us, like the changing of the seasons, I know science has proven it as the world turning.
I also believe in the healing powers of crystals people say it is only because you believe the crystal works that you are healed by it. I think that it goes down to something much deeper than that. There is also the issue of predicting the future, many people can, through magic or not, life is like a chess game, people who think ahead before they make an action can most likely predict what is going to happen to them. I think Tarot cards can show someone there future if they take a certain path, I know this through using tarot cards, although people believe that it is just luck or fake the way the tarot cards are laid out.
I would like to know other peoples views on this topic.

First of all, I would like to say that I own two sets of tarot cards, and my belief is that they are one of the many things in this mysterious universe that help you out before you make a choice in your future. Second, I have always been a big believer in the energy called "magic", and I feel that it is most felt through a spiritual connection if you are able to get past what the Greeks call the Veil that separates humans from beings, whom you can contact mainly on the astral plane; most often I feel it is felt through love and companionship.

I think love is the strongest magic of all, without it how would you communicate with ones you have lost. Even a friend, there is a certain amount of love there, even if it is just the love of friends. Which I think is why when trying to contact those that have passed on it is mostly a family member or a partner that you find first, as that is a strong bond between two people.
Tarot cards are a great way to help you decide what decisions are right for you in your life, as they show what will happen if you pick that path to take.

My friend and I are now together and we have been seperated from me having another partner, but the connection stayed strong through friendship. Now we are together and the connection is even stronger. So strong in fact, we sometimes will see random white lights around our room at the same time. Also we just manage to know what we both need at the time of need. We know when we are thinking about eachother good or bad. I have never felt such a strong connection with someone and had so much in common with a person. I don't want this to resort to "Magic", but I do feel that there deffinately is something that is helping guid us along the way. We have now been together for 6 months and still strong even through some garbage that we have been through.

I am Wiccan, so I definitely believe in magick. I also believe that I practice magick. To me, magick is the manipulation of natural energies that exist. Like the crystal healing. You use the natural energy of the crystal and channel it to your healing purposes. (Clear quartz is good for cleansing.) It may sound a bit crazy, but I work with elements when I perform magick, and when I call to the guardians of the elements, they come to me in such vivid, perfect images, like they are right there in front of me. My patron Goddess and God that I believe in and cast with have visited me in dreams. I'm not saying I'm some kind of sorceress or divine person, but do believe I have performed simple magick using energies.

I feel I am more consciously aware of what I am using. I like to use herbs and flower extractions to help aid with healing and also our very own healing energies that contain possitive and negative effects. So, maybe to some people who are ignorant (no offense) it could be considered magic, but that is the exact same ignorance in which would get people like us burned at the stake when Christianity ruled our society.

I do believe that there is something that we can manipulate in our world that is not physical, at least not in the way that an apple is physical. It's there, it's all around us, it may allow us to communicate with things that are not in the same state as us (i.e. not human, dead, etc.), to influence the physical world, to make predictions about the future, etc., but I'm not sure what I call it, or how exactly it works.
I've had experiences where I've seen things, experienced the feeling of other beings being around me, and made astounding predictions that have come true. Now, all of these can be explained by other means, but... it just doesn't feel right, you know?

I think magic indeed does excist. Oddly enough I try to do magic from time to time and sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. But over all I think we lost touch with it. Maybe we can get in touch with it one more time.
