What was the last genre or band you listened to constantly, without any real good reason?
I've been listening to Massive Attack every time I've had a chance to sit down and listen to music lately. They set a really good vibe for surfing Gaia.

Indeed. ^.^ But to the other end of the spectrum, I've been throwing in some Flogging Molly as well.

Dream Theater mostly. Progressive rock band with unbelievable talent in all parts. They released a dvd of their 20th anniversary concert tour, Score, where they played many of their songs alongside a symphony. It's not for everybody, but if you're into metal and classical music, I think you'll like these guys.

I've actually heard a lot of good things about them. I should check them out.
Man, the list of things I need to do gets bigger every time I check posts in this Guild, I swear...

Coheed and Cambria own beyond belief. Their music is just plain AWESOME, and it's based off of their singer's, Claudio's, story The Amory Wars. Ahh... AMAZINGNESS!! I also love Psychostick. They recently released a Christmas album, which ROCKS.

I used to be into Coheed, a couple years ago, before they were cool, yeah. I know, I'm awesome.
I didn't think they were still around.

Masticatius I used to be into Coheed, a couple years ago, before they were cool, yeah. I know, I'm awesome. I didn't think they were still around. Oh, yes they are. They just released a new album: Good Apollo, I'm Burning Star IV, Vol 2: No World For Tomorrow. Just check out their website and the Amory Wars comics. I'm so insane, it's fun... I'm into all these bands virtually no one's heard of. Dragonforce, anyone?

I loves Dragonforce with a burning passion!
I don't know what's up with me and Coheed, I think I just got tired of them. I had a friend who was OBSESSED and she played the records constantly and sung the lyrics and talked about the plot. Plus, Claudio's voice gets annoying to me sometimes.
