I was talking to a friend of mine of youtube about Prince of Tennis and she told me that Tooyama was supose to be the original main character but they came to a conclution to having Echizen, Ryoma as the main character. Any of you heard about this? if so let me know or give me your point of view if they stuck with Tooyama for the main character

Yehah, Kintarou was the original design for Echizen. I think, Echizen was supposed to be a Kirihara like protaganist. The story was also supposed to take place in High School, which may account for the maturity of these students. xD
I probably would of disliked the story (or at least not liked it so much) if Kintarou was the main character, I hate him so much. neutral
