These plains, as their name implies, are shrouded in an strange mist that never seems to lift. Because this mist is so thick, it cuts visibility dramatically, and thusly is the main route for enemy invasions. Due to the attacks on Kiri in the past, defense in and around this area is far greater than anywhere else on the island.
