Today, I cannot live without the afghan my mother made. I've had it since I was in high school. It's red and it has decorative little balls on it. It keeps me nice and warm. And since I'm not feeling well, warm is good!

I am thankful for two things, one, the moose blanket around my shoulders and the fuzzy sweater vest thing I'm wearing. The combo is keeping me warm, and thus, alive.

this morning i awoke to find "NO ELECTRICITY"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it's like 11*F outside
ran over to Nienna's, hers was out, too
beginning of a panic attack.........
10 minutes later all is well, again.
so, today and everyday, i am truly grateful for working utilities, especially those that provide heat!!!!!
