So, I've recently become fairly interested in body art and modifications. I've now got my ear up to a zero gauge! It hurts less than the last time I tried it, thank goodness. So, the point of this thread is to discuss:
-Body art
-Body modifications
-What appeals to you
-What you have done/plan to do.

Body art: I like it but, not when its TOO out of hand. Five piercings on your face...thats a bit much. Your labrae (middle of bottom lip) is pretty cool. I like piercings in the ear lobe and the upper ear. I plan on working on my right ear to match my left fairly soon. As far as tattoos go, I'm getting one in dedication of Marc, and I'm getting one with my brother Jason. We're going to get it so that you have to put both of our arms together to create the whole tattoo.

Body Modifications: I'm not too huge on this idea. Why would I want to split my tongue so that it looks similar to a snake's? I DON'T!

What appeals to me: Piercings that are flattering to the person. Not something that looks tacky. The reason I'm getting my right ear pierced is because I don't want it to look tacky. Tattoos are the same principle. You don't want to get a tattoo that isn't flatter while being meaningful. The one dedicated to Marc that I'm getting is because Marc was a big part of my life. The one that I'm getting with Jason is because me and Jason are best friends, regardless of anything. The tattoo also signifies the bond we have. I love all of you guys here but, me and Jason will be greater friends than most of you can understand.
