Nimh floated aimlessly about the branches. Her mind was elsewhere, she was incredibly distraught. Secrets, her dear mini flying squirrel had gone missing. The jade wood nymph sighed heavily. She slowly floated to the ground and found herself slumped on a rock. Her wavey green-grey locks covered her sulking face.
"Secrets..." She spoke into her arms, tears brimming her eyes. "Where are you?" The melancholy nymph was a site. All disheveld and mopping in a heap on a stone. Certainly no one else was wandering these woods though.

Leonard had wandered into the lush forest, his sister had been whining and whining to their mother about who knows what and it had given him a migraine. The forest was eerily quiet however, he should've gone down to the beach instead. It was noisy down there, but at least there were pretty hot mice.
He sighed as he scrambled up a tree. Laying down on a thick branch, he put his paws behind his head and closed his eyes, letting out a content sigh. Suddenly, something fell onto his face. His eyes shot open to see something gray and furry.
Letting out a loud yelp, Leo failed around, falling out of the tree with a loud thud.

Secrets fell onto another furrie. Her beady black eyes blugded when the furry thing yelped. Her claws detracted and her grey furs sticking on end. A loud squeek erupted from the tiny flying squirrel.
The creature bolted from the being and scurried its way up another tree once more, chittering wildly the whole way.
Nimh's head popped up at the sound of the squeek. "Secrets?"

Leo flailed a bit on the ground before sitting up abruptly, "Whut the helllll?" he looked around angrily before seeing the little gray chittering creature scurry up a tree. He stood up slowly and peered at it with curiosity, he had never seen one of those before!
Looking around on the ground, Leo picked up a large-ish acorn, he waved in front of him awkwardly, "Here....chittery creature~"

Secrets chittered louder her fluffy tail swishing back and forth crazily. Her sounds were sharp and irritating. It was if she was saying "Shoo, Shoo!" to the large mouse below her.
What did he do? Pick up an accorn! Secrets chittering ceased. Accorns were her one and only weakness. The chittery creature glided from the tree straight the mouses shoulder, she then scurried the length of his arm and quickly removed the accorn from the mouse's possession and returned to his shoulder where she munched happily on it, chittering her gratitude all the way.
Nimh emerged from some brush and stared dumbfoundly at the mouse who was 'holding' Secrets. Her blankness switched quickly to happiness and she lunged for the male with her pet.
"You found her! You found my Secrets!" Nimh cried ever so happily and hugged the male tightly.

Whatever the chittery creature was, it amused Leo. A lot. He had never seen one before and it was loud and fast and...chittery. AND IT FLEW. Leo marveled at the little creature as it seemed to munch happily on the acorn. However, his...phase of being in awe was interupted when something practically tackled him and began to sqeeze the living daylights out of him.
Leo gasped in confusion at the stranger's words, "...Secrets? Whaaat? ....Whoa, that's the. Name of the. Chittery thin--" The stranger seemed to be crushing him under her deadly grasp. He took in a deep breath of air, who ever this person was, she smelled good. Real good.

Nimh released the boy and nodded afirmatively at him. "Yes, yes, this chitterbox is my mini flying squirrel, Secrets." The mouse set a paw on the grey animal. "She went missing this morning. I've been looking for her ever since; and you found her!" Nihm squealed pulling Leo into anoter quick hug. "Thank you so very much!"
Secrets noised at Nimh dropping the cap to her accorn and tearing a large piece of white meat from the nut's shell. Her tail swished merrily.
"Oh yes, I should introduce myself, I am Nimh." She smiled with a flick of her jaden wings.

Leo nodded slowly, "Ooooh. ....Cool. I wish I had a chittery little squirrel, would probably driva my mom nuts," he sighed softly and the happily when he was pulled into another hug by these sweet smelling and completely awesome girl mouse.
Leo nodded with a small smirk on his face, Dude, without you even talking, I'd know who you are. You're hawwwwt.
"Oh, uh. I'm Leonard. But you can call me Leo. Or anything else you want for that matter," he gave her a flirty smile and watched the squirrel thing named Secrets with interest.

Nimh gave a nod, "Leo, I am eternally greatful to you! Is there anything I can do to repay your kindness? Possibly a complimentary cup of tea at my place?" She asked outstreaching a paw towards where she dwelled. A tiny patch of pink was barely visible from their spot.
Secrets chattered some more.
"Secrets said she would love it if you joined us for afternoon tea." Nimh gave a smile.

"Oh, that's sound awesome~" He followed Nimh's outstretched paw and squinted at what looked like a piece of a pink crayon tidbit. He nodded slowly and flashed Nimh a smile, "Yeah totally. Sounds cool."
He chuckled a bit and patted Secrets on the head, noticing Nimh's lovely wings, "Awesome wings."

"You like them?" She blushed looking over towards the boy. She fluttered them a little as she walked. Insert quick change of conversation. "What flavor tea do you like?"

"Yeah. They're pretty cool. Magical y'know? Real pretty too. They look awesome on you~ So, you a fairy or something?" He blinked a bit as he walked alongside her nonchalantly. Petting Secrets a bit, he flashed her another nice smile before cocking his head to one side in a 'Hm, let me think' gesture.
Scratching his ear a bit, Leo finally shrugged calmly, "Well. Whatever you have will be fine. My mom is a tea person and has my sister and I drink it often. So, I've got a variety of tea-likes and dislikes."
He mentally slapped himself for even inserting his mother into the conversation. Like, how lame did he sound?

"I'm a nymph." Nihm replied warmly, bringing her and up to stroke Secrets. Her hand brushed Leo's and she instantly faulted and withdrew her hand in with a serious blush sweeping her cheeks. "Sorry." She muttered.
"And I have some herbal teas, red teas, black teas, green... quite a variety too, I guess." She thought for a moment with her paw curiously to her lips. Then Nimh added, "My personal favorite is Camomile with Mandarin Orange. Would you like to try that?"

Leo let out a thoughtful 'Oooooh' and nodded his head slightly. ...What's the difference between a fairy and a nymph? He scratched his chin as he looked over Nimh and attempted to invision the stereotypical fantasy fairy.
He snapped out of his 'deep' thoughts as he felt some touch his hand as a someone apologized to him. Looking up, he flashed Nimh a sauve smirk and replied simply, "Don't be."
"Mm. Sounds good. If you like it, I'm sure I will too."

"You will." Nihm smiled over to Leo.
The two walked through a well-trimmed yard. Then to a pink house.
"Here we are." Nihm said with an inviting jesture into a hole in the house's chimney.
"All the way up the ladder." She smiled and scurried up the rungs into the home's special mouse pad.
