Starting all teh major changes.

I am sad to report that Alicia's account has been hacked, and she cannot get back on it. :< Thus, major decisions cannot be made anymore, as we moderators are more limited in power than a captain is. If you would like to contact Alicia, just PM me and I'll ask her permission to disclose the name of her mule. It has to be kept confidential for security reasons.

Okay, um, apperantly I am now the captain of this guild. I couldn't tell you how or why. But I'm not going to do anything until I talk to Alicia personally.
