Sorry to be like this but I REAAAAAALLY need to talk this of my shoulder somewhere.
My issue?
The Gaia Cash Shop.
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the shop. AND the items - and that's the problem.
I have NO way to get gaia cash. I don't have a legible credit card, my parents won't pay, I don't live in the US - MEANING I have to pay GAIA GOLD for the items.
Say... OMG box, for example. It's 3k in the mp (I think)
I can - during a WHOLE DAY OF GAIA USAGE - gain about 1k - at most. so it would take me at LEAST three ENTIRE days to gain that money, and a LOT of effort.
it's 50 cash in the shop, which is about $0.50 (right?)
I mean, $0.50... that's like, LITTLE. So someone could get a $25 gaia cash card, buy FIFTY OMG boxes - and it wouldn't take him long.
I just mean... it's a little unfair. it's the same with certain quests... and the MCS! I mean, 15k DOES take time to collect! A LOT of time, even. While some can just go 'mah, let's get 10 of 'em and then sell them'... it won't take long, PLUS they will gain gaia gold that I, who not live in the US, have to work for and SPEND on those letters.
Okay, SOME people WANT to buy with gaia gold. fine, and sure thing. but it would be NICE to have the CHANCE to choose another way, right? I'd GLADLY give up $5 a month for two letters, but 30k just TAKES TOO LONG TIME to collect for me...
Sorry to be a bother, i just had to speak my mind and...
I WANT THE CASH SHOP ITEMS!!! crying

Awww.... I'm sorry to hear that!
I know what you mean though. Everything is hard to get because there's only a limited amount of ways to get gold if you don't pay cash for it.
When I started Gaia, I had to rely on the kindness of other people *coughMC's3AMThreadcough* to raise gold to buy things >.<
And especially since prices keep rising, it's very difficult for people to earn enough gold to get, say, an MC.
