Ok, I'm going to explain the background. This is an roleplay where I'm explaining the situation and I control the outcome of everything. (Since I'm not roleplaying with your guys.) The only thing I don't have control over are your characters. (Have you heard of these? I forget the name of them.)
Rules:
1. Please have only one character and pet per account. (Pets explained soon)
2. Your non-pet must be human
3. Folow rules on this site, of course. If something isn't on those rules or the guild's, what I say is final.
4. have fun.
Pets: (You can choose one of the following, and please don't repeat pets unless we run out, or one isn't active. You can choose the specific species. For example, if you pick bear, you can make it a brown bear, polar bear, black bear, sun bear, whatever. But if there are two bears, both can't be polar bears. Get my drift?)
Fox: Intelligence ---claimed x1
Rhino: Power
Bear: Healer
Tiger: Warrior --- claimed x1
Snake: Likes to cause trouble
Stag: Purity, and resolves trouble
Hawk: Communication
Beaver: Builder ---claimed x1
Cat: Stealth (sneaks around silently) ---claimed x1
Dog: Loyalty to friends
Wolf: Able to tell direction and track others --- claimed x2 (NO MORE)
These pets are for certain task in the 'game' and all have their strengths and weaknesses. For example, the bear is a healer, but isn't much of a warrior; the opposite of a tiger who fights, but doesn't heal. Some pets don't have opposites, but that doesn't mean they're better. So.
Now, after I post the beginning scene, I'll let you guys start posting your profile in this form:
Name: (of character)
Age of character: (obvious)
Gender: (...only two choices...)
Appearance: (picture and/or written description)
Personality: (... just what is says...)
Alignment: (Good, Evil, Neutral...)
Pet: (pick from pet list)

Appearance: (written description. Be warned that you don't start with the pet, so no scars yet! Just stuff like unusual markings.)

Summary of story: The party is in the forest, in front of the great oak tree, trying to catch a rat... literally! Any newcomers will have to stop at the cave first! (Which will be written in black font from now on) I shall now describe the first setting. I'll wait for people to join before I post your pets and how they come to you) You find yourself in a cave; dark and spooky, jsut like any cave you've explored in before. The thing is, you don't remember how you got there.
All you remember is a voice in the wind whispering "Come, my friend. I call you..." Then, you just followed the voice.
As you look ahead, you can see a passage that forks to the right. How did you see that? There's a faint light coming from that direction. You get a feeling to go that way.
The passage ends at a large room with a thick grass lining. There are paintings of foxes, rhinos, bears, tigers, snakes, stags, hawks, beavers, cats, dogs, and wolves. All of them painted in either white, black, of red. They look ancient. Baskets could be seen as well as basic materials to live with. Apparently, someone lives in this cave.

XP Personality: She is usually soft spoken and observes situations instead of getting involved, but when she becomes passionate (or drunk, it can happen, even if she is underage [X ) about something or if there is no leadership, she becomes strong and speaks her mind. She can lead people, but only if they are willing to follow her, or if she knows that no one else can do the job. ((Your info is fine!)) A chair facing the wall moved. No, it wasn't the chair. It stood up walked into the light of the torch. It was a badly scarred human male, probably mid fifties. Next to him was a grey basket. A low voice said "'Lo. Did something call you here?" This was the first test, and the easiest: getting a partner. It was impossible not to pass, as long as the person told the truth. There was no way of knowing about this place unless one was called to.

Seiko watched slightly afraid, but memorized as the man walked into the light. The scars seemed to tell of a painful past but his face told that he had no regrets. The man spoke with a low voice that reassured her that there would be no harm done to her if she answered as her name implied. She took a deep breath and closed her eyes. Then she nodded, "Yes, I thought I heard a voice on the wind."

The man's face lit up considerably when he grinned. "Perfect. You're one of the ones I've been waiting for. One of these guys," he nodded his head towards the white basket, "seemed to be excited when you approached." Crouching down, he reached into the basket, and pulled out what seemed like a white furball at first. If you looked closer, one could tell see black fur on the ears and a leg. Placing it on the ground, the creature uncurled and it's form was obvious; a fox! He gently nudged the fox in Seiko's direction after gently whispering something in one of the black tipped ears. This would allow the fox to understand Seiko easier, and for Seiko in turn, to understand the fox through body language and eye contact. (Basically, most ways you can tell what your friend is trying to say in an environment where no one can talk.)
((You have control over it now. Naming it, gender, and age group- like baby, young adult, adult, etc.))
He looked toward Serena now.

Serena smiled at the fox, she had nothing to worry about, the voice that she had heard earlier wasn't a threat. Serena loved animals, she always had, ever since she could remember. Her eyes wandered around the cave taking in the scenery. She felt at ease here, she didn't know why, or how to explain it. Serena smiled sweetly at the man, "I love this place. It's very nice."

Personality: Laid back and is dying for a good night in bed. The pictures on the wall made her think of how they would mate. Other than that, she is very curious, like a monkey.

Species: Bob
Appearance: Purple fur, likes to hunt anything it sees, and is fairly forgetful. He's got tons of stashed loot in his fur. (Got this idea from Animal Crossing)

Looking at the cave drawings Tiffany felt very horny. With each one, she felt like bursting. She, of course had found a spot to do that business, away from camera lenses, but it kept happening. Over and over. Her clothes were really starting to stink. Mind you, she hadn't bathed in a year either. Or at least, she smelled that way.
She smelled disgusting. Almost like a dead animal where any live animal with the hunting prowess would try to eat her alive.

The figure's eyes narrowed slightly. He said to Serena "The world outside here is... dying. These are the offspring of the creatures deemed most worthy. They were rescued and brought here, to this old man you see in front of you. The offspring, I notice, are now ready to start helping the world." He turned his head and saw the girl looking at the cave paintings. "'Lo. What called you here to this place?" he asked of her. His eyes shifted to the wall behind the baskets, then looked at the grey basket again. Something had stirred, and he knew which creature it was. He smiled faintly. Now he knew there was a person in the world who'd accept it. For that, he was glad, for the creature would be useful, even if it didn't appear so.

Tiffany looked to the side, hearing that someone was watching her looking at the drawings and said, "Oh, well, I just needed a place to nest if you know what I mean. I am a princess of a far off land. My mother oversees the Renaissance Galaxy and my ship had crashed about 20 minutes from this cave. Of course, then it started to storm and I had to find shelter, so, I naturally came here."

The basket ceased its noise, and the man strode over, concerned and very worried. Did she realize something drew her here? It was for this reason he wished his companion was an eagle. Then maybe he'd be able to tell if this was true. He tried again, "What drew you here, though? This place is hidden from all forms except for a chosen few, but even then, it's hard." He glanced at the basket. Maybe the creature inside it was just agitated and it really hadn't called out to the girl? Placing a hand inside, he stroked the creature, but something told him his prediction was false.
With a slight cough, he realized that there could be many reasons. If she was from another world, it was possible she could feel her companion calling but not hear it. Looking at the wall again, he felt impatience. He'd have to allow at least a pair of people and companions to leave as soon as possible. He couldn't let them out on their own. If they did, they might be picked out one by one...

It wasn't that I had to visibly see this place to know that it was here. It was the energy signal of all the creatures in that basket. There are many in there, but for some reason, the creature that has been purring is the one that will eventually warm up to me. Right now, he looks like he might have stuff valuable that my people could use. Besides me having to breed with a creature in order to populate my own planet. I use high-technology in order to get where I am needed. True, my ship crashed and now I have got to find it, but there is no way can I go out there in this storm. Where is this anyway? Jupiter? Jupiter has many storms and one that is always active. Now, I know that Lita, the Princess of Jupiter had been sent to jail for raping William-tyler my brother, but maybe that is the precise reason why this place is falling apart, it needs a new leader."
