Unsure if I posted this before, but felt I should toss out the rough draft of something I'm working on, maybe get some initial impressions and advice. It is a rather rought draft so be warned. The goal I have is pretty much a span of the usual themes in giantess fiction, but trying to keep it pg-13

A robed woman sat at her desk, the chilly night air rustling her blonde
hair slightly. She chewed at the end of a quill as she pondered over a piece of parchment. She sighed as she looked to her side, where several tomes she'd written before this sat. Then to the open window where she saw the faint glimmering of tiny lights, knowing that the illusion of being distant was false.

'Mother, its been so long since you left, so long since you caused change.

We and the Emaan are slowly reconciling our differences, though there are still those of our people who view them as nothing more than slaves and toys to be used and destroyed at a whim. I hope my continuation of your work will last, I know you would have loved to continue your studies, and enlighten my generation, and prevent this from coming to pass again.' She thought aloud, looking over to a painting of a robust woman, with a smaller vaguely feline creature on her shoulder.

'I have to admit they are rather cute' She giggled as she began writing.

'Well I guess I should start with what went on today with my observations, without sounding like mother, so methodical'

Its been one year since events lead tro the overall freedom and now
protection of one of this world's endangered species, no thanks to us.

Despite efforts during the last year, most are still deftly afraid of us
and shy away in still unknown locations, those that do allow us near them do so out of fear of punishment, or curiosity.

Which considering some of the rather odd abilities some have is down right amazing. Some of them rivaling our own magical abilites. THe funny thing being that none of them seem to be adept at any form of magic, its as if their flying and the like is all innate or mental somehow.

I geuss before I continue I should explain just what Emaan are.

Physically they appear humanoid just like us, just they have no human ears and their hair is vividly colored, name a color and I can asure you there is an Emaan with that hair. The most unique things about the Emaan are their feline like ears and tail, which make them remarkably beautiful creatures.

They move with that same grace making one marvel at the primal beauty they exhibit. now by now means does this designate them as savage, they are as advanced as we in some areas, if not more so. I believe their
intelligent qualities, and their mental similarities to us is what saved them.

I guess it would be important to add into this collection of entries, just what happened so long ago.

The Emaan were once a thriving race that inhabited much of the woodland
tropical and mountain areas of our world, we've very little information on where they are originally from but ancient texts say they may have been created by non-natural means, or by magic.

Unfortunatly my leaders thought it an opportunity to lord over what seemed a physically inferior and smaller race, the stories I will depict here later will apaul you, the tales of the slavery, the use as.....sexual aids, as well as that of a food stuff, but that will come much later after you grasp all that has happend. As well as the factional split that occured because of it.

A voice from over the woman's shoulder startled her.

'You're rambling again, Alania' A tiny, curious female voice said.

'Dytia, must you do that?' The woman now known as Alania replied, her body jumping a little as she felt a wieght land on her head, she grumbled slightly. Scribling something down on the parchement.

It should also be noted that Emaan are curious, sometimes annoyingly so
and have the rather odd habit of sneaking up on a person. Annoying little twerps.

Alania clamed a bit as the still unseen Dytia bounded from her head, to
her shoulder, then to the desk below.

Dytia was pretty much typical build for her people, lithe, athletic frame, blue eyes, which matched her vivid blue hair, she was currently wearing deep purple and white flowing robes that would depict some sort of important job.

'And what brings the court messenger here?'

Dytia sighed, 'Other than your surrogate brother being his usual
troublesome self and his sister not watching him, nothing at all, Lady Brigid wishes to know how your work is coming along and if you are at a decent stopping point?'

She leapt from the table, back to Alania's shoulder, not noticing the slight frown on her face.

Alania nodded, placing the quill back in the ink well she'd grasped it
from and stood, 'You'd think Deis would've matured some since his eighteenth birthday, but nooooooooo'

She stood quickly her mind running through all the trouble this 'Deis' might be causing, nearly dislodging Dytia in the process

'HEY!' Dytia yelled, startling Alania who instinctivly cupped a hand over her shoulder to keep the smaller woman from falling.

'sorry you know how I get when he's outta control' Alania said as she went for the door.

'Not worries just be more careful, its not like old times ya know'

Meanwhile across the grounds at the courtyard, another Emaan, male this time was quietly sitting in a tree, laughing at several of the large ones roaming about looking for him.

'Where is he?' A voice said, if I find him for destroying my sandals he's dead!'

The male Emaan just smirked.

'Sometimes they make it too easy for me, Deis you are so evil,' he thought grinning, letting his body fall from the branch, managing to catch a twig with his tail and watch hanging, like some form of feline windchime.

He laughed at the panic he was causing, or rather the strife, when he felt a shadow behind him, the faint sound of cracking knuckles being heard.

'Why can't this ever be easy with you Deis?' Alania's voice said from behind.

Deis smirked and let his tail unfurl, Alania in her panic began to dive thinking the Emaan was going to hit the cold ground below.

As she hit the ground in possibly the most wonderful sacrifce catch known, she could here Deis's faint laughter.

'You seem to forget Alania, I float.' Deis said, as whatever force that was holding him up faltered and caused him to fall onto Alania's backside.

'Most of the time, that is'

'There he is!' A female voice shouted., Seconds later several shadows covered him and Alania.

'You little devil, you ruined a good pair of shoes. What do you have to say for yourself?' A giantess said as she pinched Deis's tail between her thumb and for finger, the position draping his purple and silver mane of hair over his face.

Deis placed a finger to his lips, thinking for a moment.

'Good job I'd guess' he replied with a grin.

The woman looked to Alania, and Dytia who was sitting in the now sitting Alainia.

'You know this is the fifth time this week, are all Emaan males like this? Something has to be done.'

Thinking quickly Dytia leapt to Alania's forehead then to the top of her head.

'That's why we're here, we know of Deis's little problem and we're here at lady Brigid's request to think of a suitable punishment for him.'

There were several nods and smiles throughout the offended giantesses, the one holding Deis letting go, the Emaan male righting himself as he too lands on Alania's head.

'Since when has my head become a nesting perch?' she grumbled as she carefully stood.

'That's a good lie you came up with Dytia, thanks' Deis said bowing to her slightly, his clothing rustling.

Dytia returned the bow, then lightly bonked him on the head.

'I hate to tell you this, but we are going to lady Brigid to well find some way of calming you down, I voted for you bein an insole or maybe fish bait but the wouldn't let me do it' Dytia said as they made their way down the hall.

'There is also much speculation as to why your abilities are so vastly different from others of our race.

Deis sighed heavily, Punishment?'

Alainia sighed, 'Doesn't he ever pay attention?'

Brigid smiled, rolling her eyes at the same time.

'Evidentally not,' Dytia said placing her hands on Dei's head and turning it to face the lady of the manor.

'it's a simple punishment really.

Deis's ears drooped signifigantly, normally simple and Brigid were not to things one would put together.

'Well in a few weeks time Alania and my sister Cashia will be traveling to K'non, a country east of here.' Brigid said as she walked over to Alania, and gently picked Deis from her head, drawing an irritated grumble for her efforts.

'Okay, why are we going there?' Dytia asked.

'You forgot already?' A feminine voice said from behind, A woman with flame red hair entering the chamber.

'CASHIA!' Deis said, leaping nimbly from Brigids hand, the width of the room and landing on Cashia's head.

The woman smiled slightly, gently rubbing the little ones head with her finger, tossing her mane of red hair aside.

'I'm glad to see you to. But as I was saying Dytia, I honestly cannot believe that you of all people have forgotten the importance of this journey.'

Alania righted herself and joined in, 'yes we are going to K'non to ee just what goes on in that country, they have a concentration of Emaan, almost as high as our own lands, our concerns mainly lie in seeing how they are treated there, and whether or not they can be pursuaded to join our blooming alliance.'

'So where do Dytia and I come in?' Deis asked, his tail flicking in annoyance.

'Well Brigid said, walking to Cashia. 'You two are going there as pets.

THere was a brief silence in the hall, the a WHAT??! came from the Deis, a few quiet giggles followed.

'Well Deis, in order to get an idea of how Emaan there feel as well as see how things work there, we all have to go undercover, so as to get a better idea of how the country works, and free roaming Emaan are rare, if that. And their law dictates any unclaimed Emaan, are up for grabs.' Dytia said, sighing slightly.

Brigid interjected, 'And I feel it will teach you a little humilty if you were deemed Alania's pet.'

Deis grumbled deeply.

'Well enough of this banter, i would pray you would all get prepared."
