dont u hate when people say there amazing at halo 3,
but then u check out there stats and they have the worst stats ever
and i really hate when people say there amazing cause they beat the game on legendary
and then u check their stats and they beat legendary with 4 friends
i mean seriously guys
that takes nooooo skill at all

Yeah, It is really strives me nuts, though I do like pointing out to them that their stats on Bungie.net say otherwise, that always makes me smile, especialy when they argue. Anywho, I'm a bit rusty since I don't have a 360 right now, but xZurielx is my gamer tag. And since I don't have 360 I have not done story line, well on my account, I only play at friends so I play Live.

You shouldn't base your opinions off of what their service record says, they could actually be like myself and not have access to live all the time. I just recently lost live due to living in a shitty dorm at college. I only have a chance to play live when I'm back at home. My service record hasn't suffered from that yet though so I'm not complaining 3nodding
I will agree though that a lot of people state they are good and rather do lack skill. Most of the people in college tell me they are awesome and most games end with them being below 10. sweatdrop

Yes i agree with what you think but that isnt always true. I recently became a sergent grade 2 but im good enough to stand up to a captain. I think that stats mean nuthin cuz i mostly do custom games with others.
Im currently doin legendary with friends due to the fact that i am over-welmed. Iv gotten most of the skulls by my self. and I havent even completed campaign on easy. Thats y i think that.

Yea I beat the game on easy so I can get it over with im a major right now but when I started in one game I was palying with my cuzin he is a brigader 45 skill level his gamer tag is BHA3 and I was kicking a** against level 45 captains colonel and brigader Im a level 36 now but im getting up though and my gamer tag is AJ_HAYABUSA

I don't see how playing the story mode in any difficulty could prove if you're good or not. A.I. is always predictable and one play-through of the game can give you a pretty good idea of how to run through all the levels.
Skill will always be truly tested in PVP matches and in my own opinion, an individual's skills can only be tested in one-on-ones.
I would say that I'm pretty good but due to the fact that I haven't played Halo 3 for 2 months due to my broken Xbox360 I can't back that up any time soon.
