Now I've not seen much of Bleach (I don't have cable) or read the manga, but if your a fan or just starting on it, tell me what you think here.

well i guess ill be the random starter...well im watching on ytv..so we are behind because were going in seasons insteadof continuosly..although its not on cartoon network right now because there behind on dubbing..im correct...anyway its cool...neat characters...depressed kon didnt go to soul society...

I kinda thought about that last part...Kon. I mean, you'd think he could go because he is -just- a soul and has no body, so he wouldn't have to seperate the two to get there. However, I think that's why he couldn't... the writers needed to give him a visual appearance of his soul, which, they didn't >.< Correct me if I'm wrong. I've only really seen up to where the dubs stopped. I did see the next few subbed, to see what happened, but I like waiting and I love the suspense of not knowing what will happen next. That is why I watch the dubs.

i love bleach, its one of my favs and ive seen up to ep 107 in sub and it got taken of tv right before my favorite episode crying

I used to watch Bleach but then I stopped
my friend bought me a Bleach book for Christmas though! =)

I also enjoy the manga, mostly for the cultural refrences that are missed in the dub version of the anime. Such as my favorite; the pun that is the main character's name. Ichigo. It was, however, pointed out in the dub anime that Ichigo means "one protecter" as in "ichi" "go" but they missed another translation note. "Ichigo" as one word, unlike the two words "ichi" and "go" literally means "strawberry" which is why Ichigo's hair is bright orange. I thought it was very funny ^^ However, for action scenes, I stick to anime >.< It's just easier to tell what's going on.

Hey, lemme ask you, if any of you know: How long is the "Bount" story arc? I'm somewhere in the middle, I think: The bad guys all drank the super-soul-juice a few episodes back. Anyways, do I really need to watch this whole thing? Does a more interesting arc start up again at some point?

Anyways, do I really need to watch this whole thing? Does a more interesting arc start up again at some point? It lasts from episode 64 to about episode 109... when they all get back to the real world and the transfere student arrives it gets better from there on in. Basically when the fillers end... and there was a lot of fillers.... But I think it would be safe to skip the 30 odd episodes. Theres not much that happens there.
