Do we have a sales thread/subforum? (Is it even allowed on Gaia?) I've got a modified Sleeping Soo that's on the block (those of you on my LJ know about her) and I wondered if folks here wanted to see infos.

I get the feeling that sort of thing is probably strictly against the TOS, but I have no firm idea.

I think you can post links to sales outside of Gaia, but not conduct sales (except for virtual money) on it. So you could post links and descriptions but all the wheeling and dealing would have to be done elsewhere so that Gaia could not be held accountable. You should doublecheck the TOS though, in case I'm not remember something important here.

I've checked the TOS for this before and I don't actually remember finding anything saying its a no-no, but it might be a good idea to take any actual sales talk out into an IM or an email. That way the transaction itself isn't on Gaia, and they can't really say anything I don't think.
