Any kind of game, video, board, physical activity, so and so
I enjoy video games mainly, PSP, XBOX360 are my main atm. I don't have live, but my brother is planning on getting Live. (for xbox)
I enjoy the racing car games, such as Initial D, Wangan Midnight, Need for Speed. Strategy Simulation games such as: Final Fantasy Tactics, Disgaea And last but not least, Random games: Katamari Damacy (games on acid or something)
So what kind of games do you all enjoy? What kind of games would you suggest for others?

Final Fantasy IX (For PlayStation) Final Fantasy III/VI (For Super Nintendo) Super Mario World (For Super Nintendo) Pokemon LeafGreen Version (For Gameboy Advance) Legend of Zelda, Links Awakening DX (For Gameboy Color) Legend of Zelda, A Link to the Past (For Super Nintendo) Legend of Zelda, The Wind Waker (For GameCube) Digimon World 3 (For PlayStation) Gran Turismo 4 (For PlayStation 2)
Of course, there are some others, this is what I could think of.

I'm first and foremost a gamer. I'm not a hardcore gamer. But I don't watch TV. American Idol, Friends, Seinfeld, Lost, 24, Sopranos...whatever...I don't watch any TV, I don't like to build my life around how the networks schedule their shows and I don't like the cliffhangers. I have a movie collection and videogames.
That being said, I don' have a lot of money, so I try my best to go for games with lasting appeal. I have a 360 and a small collection of various games, and because I can't afford to buy that many, I play and replay the ones I have.
Take the most recent release on the 360...Mass Effect. I wouldn't call it the BESTEST GAME EVER...but it is pretty incredible. It's a sci-fi action/RPG. With 3rd person shooter action reminiscent (but inferior to) Gears of War, and a plot line that rivals a very decent movie, good voice acting and awesome characters.
Sorry, I didn't mean to turn into a commercial. But it took me 37 hours to beat the game once, then I played it again and beat it 22 hours later on a more difficult level, and I am now playing it a third time and am about halfway through on the hardest setting.
The best part is, the game is slightly different each time because of what I choose to be, what powers and weapons I level up, how I play the action parts, how I act in the dialog...everything.
Sooo, I've spent upwards of 60 hours on this game that I bought for just upwards of $60. In terms of spending money on things to pass the time, oh never mind, I'm acting insane right now...the answer to your question, I like games that I can play over again and like...Ninja Gaiden, Gears of War, Halo (any of the 3), Mass Effect, Guitar Hero.
Commercial over now.

i like rpg´s the most, like ALL of zelda, i´m a big zelda fan, my favourites are ocarina of time (classic, i know) and twilight princess. i could write you an essay comparing all zelda games and analyzing them, but i won´t. i also love to play harvest moon, it´s a farming simulation, there are also various games from SNES to Wii, it´s really relaxing, depending on my mood i either plant some crops or beat some bosses from zelda xd . other games i played: tales of symphonia, pikmin (it was cheap ok?), luigi´s mansion (i was really scared of the baby ghost), mario kart!!!, donkey konga and a few others i forgot
i never had a Playstation, i always was a worshipper of nintendo, i had a GB color and nintendo 64, which i sold in order to get my GC and GB advance, and just a few months ago i bought the DS.
i´m not obsessed with gameplaying though. when i bought a new game, i play about 3 hrs a day, but then i have months where i play nothing at all
sorry for making this so long, but i love talking about my videogames, one of my friends is even worse, she made a 30 min, speech about the comparison between the various consoles of sony, nintendo and microsoft xd

I played a bit of Mass Effect yesterday, it was pretty cool. We created the ugliest woman ever and then had her act like the biggest b***h imaginable. Then I died.
For Zelda fans, how many different Zelda games have you played? I'm curious.
I've played the original version and also Zelda II, they were alright. I love the SNES version (Link to the Past) and the Gameboy version (Link's Awakening). I played almost all the way through Ocarina of Time but stopped at the Gerudo fortress (I'm not sure why anymore.) I played a lot of Wind Waker, but stopped for some reason on that one as well.

What about the Gameboy Advance one?
I know the graphics for Wind Waker seem really weird, but once you start playing it, they really grow on you. It's my favorite Zelda now.
I forgot to mention that I've also played the rather mediocre Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons Gameboy Color games. They were fun, but not up to Zelda standards.
