These are, as their name implies, frosted mountains near Kumo. Rarely is it necessary for shinobi to come here, so they are yet another of Kumo's tourist attractions. At the bottom of the largest peak is a shack owned by a merchant who sells and rents out hiking equipment for the eager adventurer who wishes to climb to the icy top.
