Hmm... concerning prizes... neutral I can't really think of anything else we need! As long as the contests actually happen REGULARLY, then anything is good to me! whee But if I had to choose then it would be alot of gold, cause then you can get anything at all!!!! My wants are constanty fluxuating so Gold works best in my opinion!

Oh I have an Idea. Ok, ok here I go. Set a limit for the gold amount they can use. Then they pick an item. You buy it and give it to them. Its crazy but it just might work!
