This is the home of the Akimichi Clan. This clan is typically portrayed as weak because of their weight, but they have proven that claim false. They in fact use that trait as their greatest strength in battle. They even have created many jutsu that requires such girth, such as the Expansion Jutsu and the Human Boulder Jutsu. Akimichi Chouza has been retired for some time now, and has thusly turned over responsibility of the clan to his son, Akimichi Chouji.
