She was probably getting tired, and Vanitas could feel the exhaustion slowly start to mingle with the pain he was enduring. The loneliness began to creep up again, along with the hatered. All he could think about now was Ventus, his heart had been connected with the blonde until his memories had been erased. But now those chains connecting the two were beginning to mend with every memory. Vanitas remembered feeling the cluelessness, the void that had became Ventus after Sora entered his heart. Allowing the blonde to keep living. While Vanitas struggled to live with the ploy that he was, Ventus felt nothing. Even with their hearts connected, it seemed, as if, Ventus did not wish to acknowledge he was there. But without Ventus being there, Vanitas had nothing to motivate him to get stronger. As the negativity he felt towards Ventus worsened, the Unversed continued to thrive. And Vanitas found himself wanting to destroy them, but since everything was connected, the pain the Unversed felt was inflicted right back to him. Vanitas lurched forward, feeling a sharp pain drive at his forehead and body. His black bangs fell over his eyes for a moment as he continued to lean on the table. Seeing his other half, face to face once again the opportunity to just wipe him from the face of the earth, to make him go away for ever was finally there. And it was like hanging a piece of meat above a starving animal. All the feelings, the hatered, the desire, he was ready to kill Ventus any moment. Because he was stronger, he could do it. But then his creator, Master Xehanort got in his way. Vanitas' head pounded. He leaned forward further, stretching his arms out onto the table as if to grab something before bringing his hands to his head. Then, the memories of when Ventus left were being restored. It was like he hated Ventus, but he was upset that they were seperated. Again, these feelings produced the Unversed. Again, Vanitas wanted to be stronger. The cycle repeated. As the pain began to grow, Vanitas remembered the tears he had shed just like the ones hours ago. Now, he was beginning to feel weaker...and more tired. His memories continued to play on a slideshow with no pause button. The 'salvation' of the x-blade he had never achieved, the warmth he began to feel emitting from Ventus' heart. The thought of friends, the bitter jealousy...Vanitas didn't want to stay awake to endure anymore. But he had too, he promised Namine.
