This is the Administration Building. The Kazakage and his advisors have their offices here. However this building isn't all buisness. The Administration building contains statues of the five previous kazakages!

Rin barged into the building, hair all over the place. She ran over to one of the officals, panting heavily. "R-r-raise the a-alarm." The official just stared at her. Rin got mad. "Move your butt and raise the alarm!" Everyone started at her. "There is an intruder in the village. He killed the guards at teh temple. Got going now! Thats an order!" She glared at the men. All of a sudden they were running around in a flurry of action. Rin could hear the alarm ringing through the town. She collapsed into a near-by chair.
After a few minutes of catching her breathe, Rin got up again. She started to leave the building when a thought came to her mind. She turned to one of the workers. "I'm going to Konoha. Hopefully I can get the help of the Hokage. Let my husband know where I'm going." She check her weapons holder, and left.
