First off, if you're interested in the Gaia phenomenon and Gaia as a community, you really should be reading the Ask the Admin threads every week. They're listed atop the Gaia Community Discussion, aka the GCD.

I do assume most members here visit the GCD regularly, if not obsessively like I do. I shouldn't assume that everyone does, as this is an open forum and people may be just passing through to read an article or two.

So the picture and commentary are from the 11/26 AtA thread, and the Alexa Widget was a link posted by Lanzer. Amazing that Gaia is the 351st most visited website out of the 10 squillion websites out there!
