The Power Core to the city is a magma whirlpool of incredible size. At least two fooball fields in diameter, the maelstrom is surrounded by spidery scaffolding that inserts grooved channels into the whirlpool, each extracting a different blend of enchanted lava. (i.e. ultraviolet, green, blue, orange, red, etc.). All that can be heard around the power core is a terrible, rushing, growling like that of a great beast. The power core's bottom is as of yet undiscovered.
