Elann - Best play online to get awesome yarn for super cheap. They've also got some of the nicest looking free knitting patterns I've seen online, many from brand name designers of the knitting world. There's also a swap center to get rid of stash buildup. Whoo hoo.

Here is a knitted olive tutorial that would be a cute Christmas gift in the jar like they show or if you happen to be giving someone martini glasses that would be perfect.

I was wondering if anyone came across how to make a sphere and stuff that relates to Amigurumi knitting. D: I tried to look myself, but everything is crochet related on google and yahoo.

I like knitpicks.com alot. I have ordered yarn from them and it was always nice. The higher end yarn at reasonable prices was very nice and I liked it alot. They have wonderful needles and accesories too..,.very helpful and good if something does go wrong. I know several people that ordered from them and were extremely happy. Anyone ordering from them will like the service and the items.

i usually end up teaching myself how to do most of my knitting techniques/stitches etc., and i've found that youtube is GREAT for doing that. usually someone will have posted a video with good graphics, a good visual, and good commentary. i just watch it twice to get the idea and then knit along with the video!
