This place is a gigantic rock spire that used to be the core of an old volcano. The outside rock eroded and fell away, leaving the Heir spire strong and tall in the middle of the central city. Though lava no longer naturally flows, Saraga's best sorcerers have channeled lava for use as heating and light through the spire. Each level has a different color of lava due to the magician's efforts.
The spire, being tall rather than wide, has many levels, but six basic divisions with separate lava colors:

1)Green: Lobby area: Where people come to bring issues to attention.
2)Blue: Council Room: Where the High Council meets.(i know you're wondering, why have this here, but have a High Council subforum. We have to have a place for the guild crew to talk secretively. The Council Room here is where the role play council meets.)
3)Red: Council Chambers: This is where the members of the High Council(excluding the Heir) live.
4)Orange biggrin ining Hall: Where the High Council eats.
5)Blacklight (Ultraviolet purple): Heir's Room: This is where the Heir sleeps and does his work.
6)Black(black flame torches but still gives off regular light. the walls are black):War Room: Where we meet to get briefed on missions and debriefed on missions.
