Powers: He can control a little bit of shadows and Ice. With those two... elements, he can use them in battle as weapons [ like knives] to stalk people [by easily hiding in his own shadows] and creating sculptures [ like an ice rose or something of that sort.]

Bio: Tetsu is the biological brother to Kioko. Tetsu is strong sometimes, but he tries not to show his weak points. Just like Kioko, he can't control his anger all the time. At some points he is sweet, at other points he may be blood thirsty and go for the throat of a young lady that he is close to, but only if he cannot control himself. Unfortunately for Tetsu, his mother was human, while his father was Loup Garou. When he was born, because of his mother's human blood, he was unable to change into a wolf. He is wolf on the inside, but permanently human on the outside, unless something can change that.
Unlike the picture, Tetsu's eyes are red, his hoodie is black, and his shirt under that is red. He is 18 years old, and he is wearing baggy black jeans and black skateboarding shoes.
