Yeah, Diness' voice actress, Barbara Goodson, also voices Laharl ^^ Not at all surprising they'd have her do her more well known character's voice as a cameo.

Ok,i didn't know she also played Laharl from Disgaea.
But i have played and beaten Soul Nomad and the world eaters...And i beat it like 3 times already.
I also own Soul Nomad as well.
