There was once a noble knight of old, who traveled across the four kingdoms without trouble. He had done both deeds of good and bad, but was still respected by the royalty, other knights and mages, and even in the eyes of the great gods.
He himself was like a god.
Then, one day, the knight disappeared when he was desperately needed. Without a trace. Without anything. His shield and sword were found at where the Angel and Dragon kingdoms met, under a tree where he could be found when not on some kind of mission. A memorial was built as if he was a god, angrying the gods. The tree was struck with a powerful bolt of lightning and magic, destroying both the sword and shield.
Or... so they thought....
*~*~*~*~*
The golden hair man shifted his packs, shoulders relaxing as he saw the destroyed tree. He had spent a many a year to find this tree as cursed as it was. His gray eyes lit up. None could tell what exactly descent he was from- Angel because of his golden hair, or Dragon because of his eyes? Or perhaps Elf because of his slightly pointed ears or human for his normal smile? Leon slid down the hill he had been standing on. "Sleeping so quietly, my beautiful Ewa and Hona." He bent down to touch the soil, closing his eyes to make sure no one else was close.

High above the man playing through clouds A young dragon swirls and snaps at wisps of cloud and mist. He smirks as well as a dragon can and spirals upward to let himself fall a few hundred feet then pull up again to spiral and spin some more playfully. He takes careful aim and taking a deep breath he spouts fire at a nearby bank of clouds causing them to sizzle and and condens around the fire to fall to the ground as rain drops.

Emslebeth is not far from the golden haired man, though she really isn't all that close either. Her crimson and black flecked eyes are turned up to the sky. She smiles at the rain on such a lovely day. She has very good eyesight since she's a dragon and watches the younger male play in the clouds. In a way, she wishes she felt so free.

Stopping in mid air he looks down to the ground and spots an area of scarred earth . Then his nose picks up the scent of another dragon. Scouring the ground he spots the one whom he believes the scent belongs to and glides over her in the air circling and watching gauging how much of a threat she would be to him and what he should do.He sniffs slightly and then lets a loud sneeze escape from him firering at the ground a decent sized ball of smoke and flame.uh oh......he thinks to himself.

Leon looked sharply into the sky, glaring at the sudden intrusion of people. This was supposed to be his own little ritual, not to be watched by dragons. They were pesky like little bugs, watching and doing as they please. He cursed and quickly drew out a sword and shield from the charred tree. They were caked with mud and blood, unused for decades or even centuries. He could feel the power, the magic, the ancient memories soaring through his body.
It was like returning to his normal self.
The man hooked the shield to his right arm and held the sword firmly in his left, trying to contemplate what to do with the dragons. If he killed them, he could get a fair ammount of money for their hides, fangs and heads in the islands or angel kingdom. If he left them alone, he wouldn't have to use any strength or precious time.
He chose the later.
Whistling for a horse, he kept watching the dragons with stern eyes. A chestnut mare came to him, none too pleased with the sudden rain. The mare nodded happily when he saw the sword and shield, recognizing the ancient weapons. "We must return to the village and clean Ewa and Hona, then we can rejoice." He climbed into the saddle easily, the weight of the weapons making his heart calm and muscles sing in familiarity.

Leon looked through the clouds once again, readjusting the weight. The thought of destroying both dragons seemed to be looking more nice as the rain began to let up. The mare pranced about in impatience. "Just hold for a few seconds," he told her, stroking her side with his shield arm. "This little adventure could prove most nicely with a nice meal and warm stable." He kicked the mare's side and they went flying away from the tree. The wind hit Leon's face mercilessly and he stood on the saddle, readying both sword and magic. He leaped into the air, yelling a battle cry as he aimed the sword's tip to the smaller dragon.

The young dragon looks at the odd looking man from before rushing through the air at him with a sword. Eyes widening he moves his wings swiftly and rises quickly into a nearby cloud.Heart racing his mind begins to become cloudy as his surroundings. He closes his eyes then reopens them seeing through the clouds to where the man was.

Emmy takes a step back, odd eyes widening slightly. What does this man think he is doing? Is he a dragon hunter? Why would one be so bold within the kingdom of dragons? It makes no real sense. She readies herself though. She will fight if it comes to it. "Sir, your manners are quite lacking. It is very rude of you to attack those whom offer you no harm."

((I apologize for my absence. Family is being... erm... family? Heheheh..... ))
The man was nowhere to be seen, disappeared when he realized his presence was known. He watched the two dragons for above them, sweating as his masking cloak covered him from any sight of magic, human or demon. He clutched his sword in thought. They were smarter than he had perceived and he knew that he probably was no match for them. Tipping back, he fell towards the ground head first, eyes constantly watching the ground that came towards him faster and faster. Before he hit the ground, a cloud of soft material cushioned his fall. He stood and sprinted back towards his horse, leaping into the saddle with perfected mastery. He kicked the horses's side and they went flying towards the woods. Leon had no intention on letting the dragon's live and went into cover of the trees to think a plan out.
