History: Oatlina is pretty average for a fairy who grew up in the Trippily-- er, HAPPILY Enchanted Forest, that is to say, she's twelve kinds of messed up, but since that's about par for the course for fairies it wouldnt' do to dwell much on it. She went to the Sunshine and Daisies Fairy College of Machiavellian Bastardness and Pharmacology, intending to major in Biowarfare and get a cushy job supplying elves with all kinds of noxious substances, but she found out a bit too late that dealing with elves gave her a headache. She decided, then, to take her career in the opposite direction, and opened a shop in Strawberry Fields selling aromatherapy candles and healing crystals and other such nonsensical drivel. Depressingly, this business venture proved far more successful than selling biological weapons to elves.

Oatlina was originally quite frustrated with her hippie customers, who honestly believed that potpourri and crystals would bring them happiness, health, or in fact anything other than a significantly lighter wallet. However, that 'significantly lighter wallet' bit was enough to keep her in the business. Unfortunately, in order to continue to turn a profit she had to learn the convoluted lingo of Alternative Medicine - she couldn't just bullshit off the top of her head, when there was already carefully written guidelines of bullshit for every scent of candle and type of crystal. She read quite a lot of these, and eventually, she started to even believe them a little, through osmosis.

Well, osmosis, and a degree from the Sunshine and Daisies Fairy College of Machiavellian Bastardness and Pharmacology. Thus, when she's not trying to sell you a packet of rose quartz and a vial of essential essence of lemongrass, she's in the back of her shop dabbling with fairy magic and occult medication to actually try and find ways to make said items useful. It's a dangerous combination, especially most of her knowledge of fairy magic and occult medication are in terms of biological warfare.

Appearance: Oatlina has pale magenta skin, a bit lighter than the average fairy skin tone, but that's probably because she stays cooped up inside all day twiddling with chemicals and gemstones. Her hair is a bright sky blue, and she wears it in a bunch of very complicated braids. She's quite short, even for a fairy, but she wears long, billowy hippie-skirts and nine-mile-long necklaces of gemstones so she looks bigger than she really is. Her slightly beady eyes are a clear, bright yellow.
