Banners is a good idea. I'm actually in the process of trying to come up with ones. If anyone comes up with any though, feel free to post them in the new banners sticky.

If you don't know what they're talking about, don't post in the first place.

I have 3 suggestions:

-change the name. Anyone can create another Pop Culture guild
-make more freaking threads. 2 threads for each topic doesn't really cut it for me.
-*the obvious* invite some prominent people *GDERS, PLEASE* to the guild
