This is a roleplay for High School Musical. THERE WILL BE NO GABRIELLA IN OUR ROLEPLAY!!! So, obviously, we do not have to go by the movie. You are permitted to create your own character, but I would stress to please pick from characters available. Below I have listed the characters and if they are available or not. You are allowed to be more than one character, at least until this guild becomes more active. If you would like to be involved in the RP, pm me and fill out this information.

Appearance: Brown hair in a ponytail, through the hole in a chargers ball cap. Cali-style clothing. Always wears her lucky bracelet, which is a silver band with a gold piece with a treble clef engraved on it.

Background Info: Just moved to Albuquerque from Southern California. Her father is the famous football player, Philip Rivers (San Diego Chargers), but she doesn't like to tell people. She gets bugged a lot for autographs and free game tickets. She's very athletic, thanks to her father. She also enjoys drama and singing (perfect for East High!). She has one of the best singing voices, as told by her music director at County High. Danni plans on trying out for football and basketball, and the school musical, though she is a bit shy, going to a new school.

Appearance: She has long, dirty blond hair, big brown eyes, and usually wears long-sleeved shirt and baggy jeans. Always carrying her leather sketchbook and a pencil. She is always wearing her lucky necklace-a pure white lock with a diamond in the center, hung by a white chain.
Background Info: Comes from a large, wealthy family, but doesn't wear anything fancy. She is very shy and loves drawing-she's amazing at it. She was born in Italy and lived there for a few years before moving to Albuquerque, so she has an Italian accent, but speaks very good English. Her singing voice is beautiful, but she's too shy to try out for the musical-let alone sing in front of anyone. She has a big crush on Troy Bolton, but doesn't have the guts to do anything about it

Danni slowly walked in to this strange new high school. It was strange, to her at least, she coming from County High School in San Diego, home of the County High Broncos, navy and gold being the colors. The bright crimson of the East High Wildcats hurt her eyes.
She spotted the sign-up sheet for the "Winter Musicale" and hoped it wasn't to late to try out. As she walked by, gazing at the list of people signed up, she didn't realize someone was walking backward right toward her. Before she had a chance to turn around, they had collided. He was definetly larger than her, so he was only slightly set back, while she was on the floor. When she looked up, she realized exactly who this man was. It was the East High Wildcats Basketball coach, Coach Bolton. She knew him from when her County High team beat the Wildcats in the High School Southwest Division Championship. She turned and noticed Troy Bolton, the star and captain of the Wildcats, laughing at her. She was so embarrased, and she just knew that if she made the basketball team, he would never let her live it down. Coach Bolton helped Danni up, and they began talking B-ball. He informed her that tryouts were going to be held next week, and she should tryout. She told him she would, and headed to her first class as a Wilcat. She saw Troy walk into her drama class, and thought to herself. This should be about the worst first day ever.

Hope slipped in through the doors of East Hight, rushing with her head down to her first class. She walked, unnoticed by the other students, through crowds of friends and cliques, carrying her binders and, of course, her sketchbook. She had dressed a little fancier-wearing a light vest, white tank top, and jeans with sandals, Hope was not at all hoping to be noticed as she quickly fast walked through the halls.
"Move!" A sharp voice rang out in the halls as none other than Sharpay Evans strutted into the school, snobbiness and all. She pushed and shoved people out of her way, her destination obvious. When she reached the sheet, she picked the pen up and signed it as big as she could, smiling. As she headed for her first class, she spotted Troy Bolton across the hall. She smiled flirtily and rushed over to him. "Troy!" She squealed, giving him a small hug. "How was summer? Did you miss me?" Sharpay asked him, grinning.

Danni flinched when she heard this loud-mouth blonde and smirked.
She looks like... fun... I wonder if her and Troy are an item. That would be funny.
She ducked into drama class, trying not to be noticed even more by Troy.

Troy flinched as Sharpay hugged him. "Sharpay....nice to see you again?" he then mumbled something about being late to class and slipped into the drama class

Hope looked at her schedule and veered right, entering her first class-drama. With horror and delight, she noticed Troy walk in soon after she did. As quietly as she could, Hope slipped into her desk and sighed.
Sharpay frowned as Troy slipped away. She looked at her schedule, and looked up at the door. She boldly walked in, grinning widly at the fact she and Troy were in the same class. The drama queen walked over to Troy, grinning. "Same class!" She giggled. "It's meant to be." Sharpay executed a dramatic pose and sighed. She picked the seat next to Troy's and started talking about how much she missed Troy over the summer.
Hope looked over at the loud-mouth blond talking to Troy. He doesn't look to happy to see her...I can tell why.

As Danni sat down, she realized that Bolton was sitting next to her. She made a grimace. Thinking Troy looked at her, she caught eye contact with him.
"She's a bit annoying, huh?" She said, trying to stay as far away from the subject of her bump in the hall as she possibly could. She looked past Troy to see what this odd blondie was doing. Still chatting away to Troy, as if he was still listening...

"Uhh....ya!" Troy said and laughed as he looked over at the girl sitting in front of him with a leather sketchbook on her desk. He noticed her pretty blonde hair. "Do I know you from somewhere?" He said to the girl sitting next to him whos name he could not quite remember.

Danni laughed, then blushed.
He didn't say anything. Talk about him, not you.
"Erm... yes. I used to play for County High. The Broncos? We... I mean they beat the Wildcats in the division playoffs? I'm Danni.
So you are the famous Troy Bolton. Captain, star player, winning shooter. Yeah, I think I'm going to try out for b-ball. County won't like it, but I need my sports fix. Are you on the football team?"
She realized she was talking a lot and decided to just let Troy talk for awhile.

Chad ran into Drama class, hoping he wasn't being chased by a hall monitor nagging him to be on time. He spotted Troy and snaged a seat right behind him.
"Troy, buddy, what's up!" He held out his fist, then noticed Troy was talking to some new chick.
"Crap, never mind, keep talking."
