Even if you're not in my Division, well, only Captains and Vice-Captains from other divisions, I don't mind. Just if you're going to spar, guild fighting rules apply, meaing not auto-hitting or godmodding ((a quick way to get on my bad side and kicked out of my Division f.y.i.)) and things like that.
