Welcome my felllow comrades, to the 13th Division. I am your captian, Yaku Nagasi. You may also refer to me as my RPC name, Higate Satosa. This division is to be taken like all the other divisions, serious but fun ^_^. This division is for those who wish to take a little bit more time to train to become strong.
