Regarding Non-Entries:

Since last time, I automatically disqualified the non-entries, I felt that was unfair.
So, basically the non-entries will get no points in any of the categories, but they still will be up for vote. Also, the judges will have a say. Thus, one non-entry will be eliminated by the judges and popular vote. I hope next round people will be more considerate when they joined the contest. I just don't want another cycle with only 8 people.
