There are many regions and layers and realms of the Netherworld. Every kind of demon or fiend of the darkness rules over certain realms of the dark world.

[Wolf Demons]: The land of Wolf Demons are mostly filled with deep dark forests and mountains. Terrain is a bit difficult to walk through for most. Most of them have disappeared from long ago and only a few remain. Any unwelcomed guests who trespass through the lands may be attacked by the spirits of the Wolf Demons or those whom remain.


[About the Netherworld and any region, layer or realms]: Though connected to the human realm as the Celestial world, no one may pass unless they are of Celestial or Infernal blood; Demons of all races and creatures of the night, be it half breed or not may only enter. Humans who happen to find any gates leading to any of the specific realms may only pass if they have trained to pass throught etheral realms, summoned to the land or have an artifact or relic that may let them pass through the gates.

Ai nods and grins at Laharl. She shows no sign of concern for herself or any sign of shock. "I'm all right! She was strong, probably stronger than me I imagine, but I think I did a lot better on handling pain. Though I was afraid of dieing... Only because it would mean I wouldn't have saw you again..." Ai lowers her head slightly and shyly.

Ai blushes lightly and smiles happily just to get a kiss on her forehead from him, "I know... But I can't help it!" As she's lifted and wrapped around Laharl's arms, she smiles again, "It's been so long since you've carried me and called me 'Princess'..."

She nods, "I know... Even I trained but I kept wanting to look for you instead..."

Ai grabs Laharl's arm and holds it tightly, then looks up at Laharl straight into his eyes, "Do you promise not to leave me again? Or do I have to follow you wherever you go?" Though as serious as her question is, Ai still grins happily at Laharl.

"You better not... Never again!!" Ai grabs onto Laharl's sides tightly, "I'll make sure you won't leave me again, even if it means putting a collar around your neck!!" She laughs jokingly, although she sounded pretty serious about the collar.

"I thought you wouldn't care about what anyone else thinks of you!" Ai sticks her tongue out at him playfully.

Ai explores Laharl's new home like a curious child, "I would preffer the outdoors myself. I never really had a home aside from my ship-- Ah, erm...Well, I like it!! It's very peaceful..." she sighs to herself and rubs the back of her head, "I would of loved to stay here... But I never thought I would even step foot in the Netherworld 4 years ago... Before all of this happened. Before I lead the life of a carefree kid." Shrugging, she walks behind the cave where it's dark and quiet.

She leans her back on the caves outside walls and looks up at the dark sky with him, "I don't know why... But I always thought the Netherworld was such a dark and frightening area to be in... But you've showed me the more peaceful and aesthetic side to it. Sunset and Twilight hours make me feel alive..." Ai looks over at Laharl, "Why am I allowed in the Netherworld...? Back then, I knew it was because of the armor... Though I am free of the darkness, I wonder why I am more accustomed to the Netherworld than the human world... Oh! I'm not the least bit bothered but... I feel more at home here than out there now..." She sighs peacefully and continues to stare at the sky nostalgically.

"Yes... I have seen far worse 'evil' in the human realm than the Netherworld... But... Shouldn't there be at least a little light here...? Just like the human world has both the light and the darkness connected to each of the worlds...?? " Ai wonders in thought, "Have I brought any more light or darkness into your world, Laharl...?" Though still naive of the Netherworld's ways, Ai begins to wonder what she has become and what Laharl thinks she is now.
