Kyono lived a lonely childhood in the 17th District of Rukongai where he was constantly bullied by other kids and got into trouble whenever he was defending himself. He was later befriended by a boy about the same age as himself who was named 'Blitz'. Whenever you saw Kyono, you would see Blitz as well.
A few short years after, Blitz and Kyono joined the shinigami academy. During their time there everyone thought they seemed stuck together and unable to break....until they were split up. After graduating he was assigned to the 10th squad while Blitz joined the 11th. During this time away from Blitz, Kyono realized how weak he was without someone helping him. Knowing he wouldn't survive, Kyono seeked training and advice from Blitz.
During Kyono's training, Blitz became cold-hearted towards him and offered no help when Kyono needed it. With this sudden change Kyono became stronger and could rely on his own strength. Even though the training eventually stopped, Blitz's attitude didn't. The two soon became distant and almost never spoke to each other.
A few years passed and Blitz obtained the rank "Taichō of Squad 11" while Kyono became his Fuku-Taichō. The two still didn't interact much but still cared for one another. Shortly after his promotion, Blitz was sent out on a perfectly normal mission. He was brought back dead. Now with a position available, many shinigami trained themselves to obtain "Bankai" in attempt to become a captain. Knowing he wouldn't be able to serve anyone apart from his former Taichō, Kyono obtained Bankai and earned the rank "Taichō of Squad 11".
Present:
Kyono has a low attention span, causing most people to find him annoying and a pain. He would be seen hiding out in ruins or shacks whenever there were regular meetings since he finds concertinaing hard when it wasn't a life or death situation. Kyono's worst known trait is his inability to research out of battles. He occasionally visits the grave of his former Taicho and brings Sake along, even though he dislikes drinking himself.

Fuyu no tora has an aggressive attitude and most of the time he tells Kyono what to do. He likes being in control and things being done his way however he has a softer side which is rarely seen.
Shikai Call:
Sundan, Fuyu no tora [Tear/Cut into pieces, Tiger of Winter]
Shikai Appearence:
A white blade with it's hilt horizontal from it, making the blade curve up or down when held normally and point forwards or backwards when held side-ways.
Shikai Ability:
The blade can change length at anytime and at any speed by freezing water partials in the air and then connecting to them. When shrinking, the blade returns the partials back into the air. However, every time the blade doubles in length the weight quadruples making the shape change limited to the user's strength. The opposite happens when the user decided to shrink the blade.
Bankai Call:
Daikoorikingu, Fuyunotora! Great Ice King, Tiger of Winter! [Not corrected/checked yet]
Bankai Appearance and Ability
Summons 5 large rectangles which circle behind the user and a tiger, both made from the user's reiatsu [blue/white].
+The rectangles act as shields that protect the user until they break. They normally only block one hit each. The user can sacrifice one for a sword with two blades; one on both ends of the hilt. The blades are made from the user's reiatsu.
+The tiger can be used as an offensive weapon and mount.
