The rules
Start your post with the word "TPAM" (stands for "The Person Above Me") and add something afterwards which describes or comments on the person above you.
The idea is to be whacky and have mindless fun. Don't say anything stupid or offensive, and similarly don't take offence at something which was said in good humour. Be tasteful, don't be crude, sexual, discriminative, vulgar, etc.
