Brandon Damone is standing in the ring with a mic, without his brother due to the events of the PPV.

"Well, I'm sure everyone heard the ruling. Last night, my brother was screwed out of a victory over Shadow by none other than Mick Foley and then fired. We'd like to say it was a shocker but given Foley's track record, it's really not. And now they've placed me in a match with Shadow as a punishment for our so called attack on Foley and Heyman. Well, if they were expecting me to complain, I'm not. I look forward to it. You see, this is the second time that my brother has been screwed over by Mick Foley, and the second time he's been fired. But we've found a little way around that. You see, as long as one pays for a ticket, Foley can't touch them. So my brother is sitting in the front row, behind security, watching everything. And I've got a few little surprises for the two ******** that sign our paychecks. Now I've already told you that Jarel has paid for a ticket and is sitting in the audience. But we've got a little proposal for you Foley."

Brandon leans against the ropes while facing the entrance.

"Now this might not appeal to you Foley, since you're such a fat lazy b*****d, but I'm sure it will appeal to Heyman, since he likes money. At the next PPV, for one night only, we propose that you bring Jarel back. It will be a legend vs legend match. The Hardcore Hack, err, I mean legend, vs the Dragon Jarel Drako Damone in a hardcore match. Of course, there's a little stipulation riding on this match. If Jarel wins, he gets a brand new iron clad contract with EEW. If he loses, he stays where he is. Now before you get all excited about this, let's just refresh everyone's memory of what happened the last time you were in the ring with Jarel here in EEW, and a time before EEW even started, a time when you faced him in his specialty, the hell in a cell match."

the camera moves to the titatron which flickers and comes to life. it shows Jarel and Foley face to face on the night of Heyman's return, and the boot jarel gave Foley to the face, followed by the chokeslam on tacks and glass. it then switches to a hell in a cell match from 3 years past, in which Jarel threw mick foley through a wall of the cell, then tossed him from the roof of the cell through the announcer's table, and finally a chokeslam through the roof onto thumbtacks. finally the camera comes back to Brandon

"Now, I know that probably brought back some painful memories for you Foley. I mean, all of that had to hurt. I begin to understand why you don't wrestle anymore. I mean, you've been thrown from the roof of a cell so many times i'm beginning to wonder if it's some new sport for you. Then again, this could be your chance to redeem yourself. This could be your chance to prove that you're not just a broken down has been. Let's see if you're still the hardcore legend that has left buckets of blood on every continent. So Foley, what do you say? Will you face the Dragon one more time, or run like the coward that everyone says you are?"

Brandon waits for Foley's response

"Excuses, excuses. You know, Foley, you're full of crap. Face it, you know you can't take Jarel one on one. And you call Shadow unstoppable? I'm sorry, but were we watching the same match? Last I saw, Jarel kicked his a** from go to woe until you stepped in. So I accept your counter offer. At December to Dismember, not only will i defeat Shadow in that first blood match, I'm going to proceed with making your life a living hell!"

The DX Theme plays as Brandon does a quick crotch chop at Foley before exiting the ring and walking backstage
