only the worst ninja get locked up here when captured by snow nin. the area has bars made of pure corundum, and are electrified via a sealing tag. the prisoners chakra is sealed by a special device that cannot be removed, and is also made of corundum, so impossible to break. the only way out is if you have a bijuu inside you that can overload the machine. the place is guarded 24/7, and most prisoners die. before being locked up, your cavity checked, and removed of all weapons, which are then melted down to build upon the winter countries growing industry.

ivan dropped shikyo off. "give him the platinum package, we don't want him escaping, deprive his body of nutrients as well, i don't want any resistance, understood?" ivan said. the guards nodded and preceeded to cavity check him, and removing wepons they found. they put the chakra supressing device on his him and brought him to a cold, dank cell, with no plumbing or bed. the chained him to a large corundum ball and locked him up, putting a aealing tag on the bars electrifying the entire cell's walls.

"I know your family well, we used to be good friends until your cowardly father fled with that pathetic mother of yours and took you with him." Shikyo responded.
